A Natural Progression

The newest Marinemaster collection from Fortis offers a functionally rich tool watch with a refreshing color palette inspired by nature. There are two models in the collection, the M-40 and the M-44, and both adhere to an environmentally conscious approach with recycled steel cases. These timepieces were designed to be a reliable companion for outdoor activities like fishing, windsurfing, hiking or camping.

Each dial features applied indices with a minimalist sense of style and strategic applications of Super-Luminova X1for great legibility in low light conditions. The date window at the three o’clock position is well balanced and unobtrusive to maintain a clean, bold aesthetic. The Gear Bezel, a proprietary bezel developed by Fortis that adds a new level of grip and functionality.

Marinemaster M-40

The M-40 model has a 40 mm case in recycled stainless steel and comes with dials in one of four outdoors-inspired colors. Serenity Blue is an aqua the color of tropical seas, Woodpecker Green is the rich color of forests in spring, Rockstone Gray is the neutral, earthy hue of mountain boulders, and Snow White is as brilliant and clean as freshly fallen snow. The dial is metal coated with a richly colored deep lacquer for a beautifully polished and features a pattern reflecting the “O”from the Fortis logo.

Marinemaster M-44

The M-44 model has a 44 mm case made of recycled stainless steel and a metal black anodized dial. The bezel is a shock of amber orange against the somber black of the dial for a very striking, sporty feel. The case is rated for a 500 m water resistance and features a bidirectional Gear Bezel and patent pending Fortis Lock System. The minute hand is framed in orange anodized that adds a nice touch of coordinating color to the dial.

The two models offer very attractive options for an innovative tool watch rugged enough for the outdoors and handsome enough to be an eye-catching daily wear favorite.
